National Leadership Conference (NLC)
The National Leadership Conference is the culmination of the year for our members. If a member places in the top four at the State Business Leadership Conference; they are then eligible to represent Nevada at the National Leadership Conference where over 12000 students gather from around the United States, Germany, Canada, China and the Virgin Islands to compete and gain leadership skills by mean of the Institute for Leaders training.
